Retouching
If you've a requirement for any sort of professional Photoshop retouching or image concepts then look no further. I've worked for many clients who have requirements for imagery that end up on web sites, product brochures, packaging or adverts.
Below is a typical example from a client who asked for a photography shot of a gammon joint to go on a packaging job that I produced. After initial concepts were presented to the client, a version was chosen and photography was arranged.
Under normal circumstances the phographer whould have time to get the set matching the concept as closely as possible but due to time restraints we took a shot that would rely a lot on my Photoshop composition and retouching skills to achieve the end result.
Concept

Photography
As you can see the plate was abandoned in favour of a chopping board but the red theme had to be brought back in. 
Finl Image
A lot of changes were made, with the chopping board being thinned out, the napkin and table mat reverting to red and the candles blurred and knocked back. Most important here though was the meat had to be made more appetising which, as you can see, worked very well with the addition of a crispy glazed skin and more succulent meat.
