I try to keep my costs down by using pre-set CSS templates in my software package but if you have certain style you want then I can look at that as well. If you have already registered your domain name and sorted your web space with an ISP this helps also.
I can also incorporate a small degree of Flash animation if you require but I generally stick to the basics to keep the site clean and informative. Animated GIF banners are also a possiblity if required.
